Refund policy

Effective from 13/06/2022

If you need to return something, don't stress! We accept all returns that are full price. This does not include purchases during sales and promotional codes. In order for Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles to accept exchanges or return products bought online through our online store, you will need to follow the steps below:

1. Return products to the following address (mail only)

For exchanges, you must include the following with your return item:
- A note containing your order number, full name and clear written exchange instructions. Please check available stock online before returning.
A prepaid postage box with your name and address already filled out so that we can post your exchange straight to you.

We try our best to accept all items returned to us, however, please observe our policy as follows:

OUR POLICY

1. No returns or refunds for change of mind.
2. Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from date of delivery (as indicated on your tracking page). Returns outside this period will not be accepted.
3. Items must be returned in their original condition. This means the products must be returned exactly as you received them in their packaging, completely sealed.
4. All products are shipped as they are received from official distributors, and occasionally items may arrive with minor damage or tears to the plastic seal or outer packaging. Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles is not liable for these imperfections. If you are seeking mint-condition packaging, you must contact us prior to purchase to check availability. If no such request is made, we cannot offer compensation, refunds, or replacements for these issues.
5. No refunds for items purchased using credit notes, gift cards, sale items and promotional coupons.

6. Exchanges and returns for orders can only be processed directly through our online store department only.
7. Returns that do not include a return note with instructions will be returned to sender.
8. All postage and handling costs will be incurred by the customer, not Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles. We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking as Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles is not liable for any packages lost in transit. All items will be inspected by our staff upon arrival.
9. All refunds will include the full amount of the product sold minus all selling fees via Shopify, Paypal, etc.

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged/defective on arrival, please contact info@heapsgoodcards.com.au including your order number in the subject line before returning the item. We will happily organise a replacement once we have inspected the item.

For any self-inflicted damages to the product after purchase, Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles will not be held liable. Therefore, no replacement will be provided.
