3. AVAILABILITY & CANCELLATION
3.1 All purchases made through Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles are always subject to availability. We regularly stock take and ensure the online store is up to date with the availability of products, however, we are only human and may miss things at times.
3.2 We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time before delivery and for any necessary reason, an order that we have previously accepted, if for any reason we cannot supply the products in an order, or if products ordered are subject to an error on our online store. In these circumstances, you will be contacted via the information provided on your order.
4. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
4.1 Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles has displayed all products as accurately as possible, in regard to the colours and images of our products that appear on the online store or social media. We cannot guarantee that your phone or computer screen display of any colour will be 100% accurate when comparing in real life.
4.2 Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles reserves the right, but are not obligated to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4.3 Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles ships items as we receive them from our suppliers. We do not warrant or guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the product or service will be corrected.
5. SEALED PRODUCT CONDITION POLICY
Please note that sealed trading card products may occasionally contain minor imperfections to the outer packaging or factory seal, including but not limited to small tears, loose shrink wrap, seam splits, minor dents, scratches, or cosmetic wear.
These imperfections can occur during manufacturing, distributor handling, or transit, and are considered normal within the trading card industry. Products sold as “sealed” are guaranteed authentic and unopened unless otherwise stated.
Where damage is deemed significant or impacts the integrity of the product itself, we encourage customers to contact us and we will assess the matter on a case-by-case basis.
By purchasing sealed products from us, customers acknowledge and accept the possibility of minor cosmetic imperfections to external packaging and seals.
Viruses
Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles cannot guarantee that any file or program available for download and/or execution from or via this website is free from viruses or other conditions which could damage or interfere with data, hardware or software with which it might be used. GST & Taxes
The Australian GST tax rate applies to all orders delivered within Australia. International orders are exempt from Australian GST (10%); however, they may incur taxes and duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered. Any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. If you require further information about your country’s taxes and duties you will need to contact your local customs office directly.
To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable merchandise. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a gift, even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.1 We will always do our best to ship any pre-order products in accordance with their listed shipping date. If this changes, we will do our best to inform you.
1.2 You are responsible for ensuring your shipping and contact information is kept up-to-date on your account to ensure correct shipment of any pre-order products.
1.3 You will be charged at the time of placing a pre-order. If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your product (such as low allocation, order cancellation, etc), we'll provide a full refund. No discounts, refunds, or credit will otherwise be offered due to any such delays.

2. PRODUCTS
2.1 You may pre-order products separately (separate orders) or in combination with each other.
2.2 If ordering products in combination, we will only ship your order once all products have arrived to our warehouse. If you would like to ship products in one order separately, contact us and we will invoice you for separate shipping dollar amounts.
3. PRE-ORDER REGISTRATION
3.1 When placing a pre-order, you may be required to provide certain information such as your address and billing information. You warrant that all such information is accurate and you are responsible for the upkeep of your account information.
3.2 Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles has no responsibility or liability for inaccurate or outdated information, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information anytime prior to your order being shipped by updating your account or contacting us directly.
4. PAYMENT
4.1 You will be charged at the time of placing a pre-order. If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your product (such as low allocation, order cancellation, etc), we'll provide a full refund. No discounts, refunds, or credit will otherwise be offered due to any such delays.
4.2 All pre-orders are handled through the Shopify online store platform. Methods of payment accepted are credit/debit card, AfterPay, PayPal, and others that may be made available.
4.3 Your placing of a pre-order constitutes your immediate agreement to the company charging of your provided payment method at such time.
4.4 The product purchase price does not necessarily include taxes, import duties, and other government charges.
5. SHIPPING
5.1 Expected shipping dates for pre-order products will be clearly mentioned on each product page. These dates are always subject to change due to delays with our suppliers, couriers, manufacturing, etc. These dates are only an estimate and Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles does not guarantee that it will be able to ship the product by the listed date.
5.2 In the event of any delays and the shipping/release date is pushed back, Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay. Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles is also not obligated to provide any discounts, refunds, or credits due to any such delays (except where mentioned in these Terms).
5.3 Shipments are only made Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
6. NO CANCELLATION/REFUND
Once your order is placed, your order is final, non-cancellable and non-refundable, except as specified in these terms.
7. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
The purchase of products is subject to additional terms and conditions provided by Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles. The full terms and conditions starts at the top of this page. Your purchase will be subject to these terms and conditions as well as the refund policy.
8. PRIVACY
The information your provide for the pre-order of products will be subject to the Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles privacy policy found here.
9. REWARDS PROGRAM
By participating in our Rewards Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
9.1 Members of the Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles Rewards Program will earn one point for every one dollar spent on eligible TCG sealed products, accessories, graded cards, and single cards.
9.2 One point will also be earned for every dollar spent on PSA Grading Submissions.
9.3 Vouchers can only be redeemed at the full price of any product. If you redeem a voucher on a discounted product, we will contact you to pay the difference in price. If you do not wish to proceed, we will refund your order and re-allocate your points.
9.4 Please note that rewards earned through the Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles Rewards Program cannot be used towards PSA Grading Submissions. Points accumulated are redeemable exclusively for products falling within the specified categories of TCG sealed products, accessories, graded cards, and single cards.
9.5 Rewards points cannot be redeemed and used towards purchases for Pokémon Centre exclusive products.
9.6 Only one voucher can be used in a single transaction. We appreciate your understanding that this limitation ensures a fair and equitable distribution of rewards among our valued customers.
9.7 Points earned through the Rewards Program have no expiration date, providing our customers with the flexibility to redeem their rewards at a time that suits them best.
9.8 Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action against any suspected fraudulent activities related to the Rewards Program. This includes, but is not limited to, the manipulation of points, multiple account creation, and any other activities deemed fraudulent by Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles.
9.9 Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Rewards Program, or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice. In the event of such changes, Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles will make reasonable efforts to notify members and provide information on how these changes may affect their participation in the program.
9.10 Decisions made by Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles regarding the Rewards Program, including but not limited to point calculations, eligibility, and reward redemption, are final and binding.
