Shipping policy

All Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. This excludes weekends and public holidays. All orders received before 2pm (ACST) Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same or next business day.

Once orders have left our warehouse they are out of the control of Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles and are in the safe and professional hands of Australia Post or other shipping provider. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout in order to receive your tracking number from us as well as updates from Australia Post.

Please note that Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles is not responsible for items that are left unattended by your local postal service. Once an item is marked as "delivered" on our postage tracking system you must inquire with Australia Post if required.

Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles ships all around Australia. Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout depending on the total size and weight of your order, as well as your location.

Signature on delivery is available on all orders for an additional fee.

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING 

Expected shipping dates for pre-order products will be clearly mentioned on each product page. These dates are always subject to change due to delays with our suppliers, couriers, manufacturing, etc. These dates are only an estimate and Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles does not guarantee that it will be able to ship the product by the listed date.

In the event of any delays and the shipping/release date is pushed back, Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay. Heaps Good Cards & Collectibles is also not obligated to provide any discounts, refunds, or credits due to any such delays (except where mentioned in these Terms).
